I recommend you work with the presets you imported earlier and you can tweak them if you find they are missing frequencies when it comes to gaming.
Just leave off the surround feature, it’s terrible for gaming and music.
I use the default EQ settings because they're simply perfect out of the box!

I ended up creating a config file for just PUBG in the program, so that I can at least hear somewhat better. 7.1 dts sounds like you are in arena with big echo.
But some breathing sounds enter the mic. I don't know what is your frame of reference?

By tweaking the EQ manually, I notice that the sounds are a bit more crisp and warm. It's easy!
