Though Franklin Castle is currently not accessible to the public, local visitors can still see the house from the street and sidewalk. Mr. Mirceta’s visitors reported encounters with a ghostly woman in black as well as a woman in white. The building has four stories and more than twenty rooms and eighty windows.
