I exclusively use Kerry Gold but I recently started a 30 day ketochow challenge and since my butter usage has increased, I realized just how expensive Kerry Gold is. You should find some cookies stick in the cutter and some stay on the paper. This is all good because your body actually requires cholesterol. Tastes so much better than cheaper butter does. Nope! Ahh so this is in USA dollars and probably region specific. They are hard to get out after the fact. I also used Kerry Gold,...but I switched to Ghee, which is clarified butter, it means it is the pure fat, filtered from the casein, any butter can do....and you can make it at home if you have time, if not...you can buy it.
Oil put through a hydrogenation process, which is a chemical process involving toxic substances like Nikal. I looove Kerrygold but usually buy regular store brand butter.
The only time I get really fussy about organic is when I buy meat and sometimes eggs. Lots of us are!

One note though, Imperial Cookies are traditionally round, but I got rid of all my cookie cutters because I figured I would not need them again. I just want more grass fed butter in supermarkets really. If people want to eat margarine, that is there prerogative. Allow the glaze to dry on the cookies for several hours, check for dryness prior to stacking. Even the regular price for Imperial was too much for her. They are so good and worth the bit of time it takes to assemble.

It’s one of the few things I splurge on lol. Going low carb and keto meant giving up these kinds of treats for the most part and they were to become a rare treat. There is good (HDL) and bad cholesterol (LDL), in fact there are 3 types really. Research indicates that sugar alcohols do not affect blood glucose levels in many people, but does for some.
Additionally, there are butter spreads that are a mix between butter and oils (olive, canola) that we did not include. Imperial cookies go way back for me.
If you continue to use this site we will assume that you are happy with it. I think it was like $1.20 for 4 sticks but when it went on sale for $0.79, she’d load up on it. Butter is good for you –. The actual metabolic difference between a more expensive "grass fed" butter and conventional is minimal.
