I don't know man, based on elements they showed like this screenshot, it seems like its the main HUD for the game. But if the first games HUD was better why’d they decide to muck it up? Yeah, but being able to have the mechanics down so’s you don’t have to move your eyes anywhere but where you are aiming/looking for new targets lets you rely on your other senses to know when cooldowns are ready, which makes demon killing more efficient.
The developers hindered access for a good reason: It makes the game pretty unstable. I think they're trying way too hard to make their games really arcade-like, maybe to capture nostalgia or something, which I'm not a huge fan of.
