Spot reduction is not possible. I still think just "running" 5k a day is better then everything you listed. Just dont rely on one source.

Although I did some of Chloe Ting's programs, I didn't do them everyday because I'd get bored of the same videos every day. Whether you need to lose 2 lbs or 400 lbs, you are welcome here! There's no excuses with these workouts since they're short, effective and quiet!

i have inner leg problems.

I begun doing a variety of home workouts and going on walks with my family occasionally. I hope to report back to you in 9 days that I too kept a routine and didn't let the lazy bones win!! This is why I like to schedule regular days off, like once a week or so. Whenever I try to work out every day without a break, it inevitably eventually becomes overwhelming.

Taking regular, scheduled days off also eliminates feeling like a failure or like I’m letting myself down. The problem i see also is all of these seem to be based/oriented around "you dont have time to be healthy" bullshit mentality.
